Terms of Service

1. Account

You must provide accurate information when you sign up. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to interfere with or compromise the Service's security.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute Service content (including survey questions and maturity descriptions) without our prior written consent.
• Submit information that does not belong to you or that infringes a third party's rights.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of any information you submit through the Service (your assessment responses, organization details, etc.). You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, process, and display your information for the purpose of operating the Service and providing your maturity report.

4. Intellectual property

The Vexis name, the CPA Quality model, the survey content, the scoring methodology, and all related materials are the property of Visionary Vectors Inc.. You may not reproduce, modify, or create derivative works of these materials without our prior written consent.

5. No professional advice

The Service provides a structured self-assessment and accompanying report. The output is informational only and does not constitute professional audit, legal, accounting, regulatory, or business advice. You should consult appropriate professionals before making decisions based on the report.

6. Warranty disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the results will meet your requirements.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visionary Vectors Inc.'s aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to CAD $100. In no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account by emailing cdk@visionaryvectors.ca.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the courts of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email and via the Service. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
